Week 4 - Day 3
The day started well. For exercises, it was lower body day so plenty of leg exercises. I got introduced to the Bulgarian split squat which, wasn’t too bad, but I can see why people would hate it. I only did it with my body weight, but I can only imagine how much it would suck with added weights.
Week 3 - Day 4
Alright, I’ve been complaining about lack of steps around these parks all week. Today, I’m going to do something about it and start park hopping.
Week 3 - Day 3
I’m something of a Disney fanatic. I love coming to the parks. They are literally my happy place. I don’t have to worry about work, home, anything when I’m down here. It’s a nice escapism for me and it allows me to reset everything that I’ve been stressed about.

Heading to the Magic Kingdom today! I definitely feel a tad bit guilty about yesterday’s binge eating, so I’ll try to do better today. I have a plan and everything
Week 3 - Day 1
It’s the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot! This is one of the main reasons we come down to Disney World during this time of year because it’s my favorite.
Week 1 - Day 5
Our final day of Week 1 is upon us and I am so excited. Not sure if I mentioned this in any of my last posts, but I’m only going to be doing this routine for the 5 week days. Weekends are mine and mine alone.

Today was it; actual leg day. My legs were just starting to feel better too! Oh well, no pain, no gain, right?
Week 1 - Day 3
Today was a rest day according to my AI Life Coach. It actually said “Rest or Light Activity” so of course I did the light activity portion. My options were a gentle 30-minute walk or yoga/stretching. I decided to do both.

I know I joked that yesterday was leg day, but I’m pretty sure it actually was. Waking up today was no joke. It hurt to even lay in bed. However, I’m determined and ready to go.
Week 1 - Day 1
Here we are, Day 1 of the my AI Life Coach experiment. Per my exercise schedule, it was a full body workout focusing on strength. I had also planned some delicious meals and snacks throughout the day that I couldn’t wait to try.
Week 1 - Day 0
The AI I’m using is known as a chatbot, basically an AI program that can process natural language to create humanlike dialogue. With it’s ability to remember information I provide it, I knew that it would be able to provide me a week-to-week training schedule. The only question was, how accurate and effective it would be.
It all started with a donut
It’s hard to believe how one little thing got me on this journey, but it’s the truth. A simple donut, or rather a donut recipe, sparked an idea that, I feel, will last for a lifetime. It’s these small incidents in life that have huge impacts and I’m happy to share my journey with the world and those interested.
