Discussion

This meal was almost too obvious to ask AI to make a recipe for, but I did it anyways, just to see what it would say. Overall, it gave exactly what I expected.

When making it, I decided not to include the avocado due to technical difficulties (we call that human error). I also used as low of calorie and sodium ingredients as I could. I didn’t use regular eggs, instead I used Egg Beaters, which are egg whites found in a carton. I also used the Sara Lee 45 calorie whole wheat bread instead of regular whole wheat bread. Finally, I didn’t add any salt or pepper, but I did add red chili flakes to give it a bit of spice.

Calorie wise, this was a pretty low calorie meal, about 100 calories for the entire thing. 6 tbsp of Egg Beaters is about 50 calories, the 45 calorie slice of bread, spinach is about 4 calories, and I through a couple more in there to be safe for the oil.
