Discussion

If AI could judge someone, I’m pretty sure it judged me for this prompt. The name of the meal was so obvious, I’m not sure why I even asked. Well, I know why, to see what it would say. But still, I’m pretty sure if you asked a 4th grader to make you Greek yogurt with mixed berries, chia seeds, and honey, they would be able to without obvious instructions.

Anyways, I hated this recipe. I also hate Greek yogurt, so there’s that.

The mixed berries I used was a frozen blend because I didn’t want to waste money on 3 different containers of berries I was worried I wouldn’t eat. I let them sit overnight in the fridge to thaw, but one of the strawberries was so big, it was still frozen in the middle. That sucked for me because I also hate cold things.

The chia seeds, I have no idea what they’re for. I’m assuming there is some kind of nutritional value that I’m too dumb to understand, but they are there. They don’t have a flavor, they don’t have a texture, they are just there to make your yogurt look like you dropped bird seed in it.

Finally, I didn’t have any honey or maple syrup. Have no idea how I overlooked that in my grocery list planning, but I did. Don’t think it would've helped this mess though.

Overall, not for me. I’m sure this will be good to someone out there though.

Calorie wise, it was pretty high, around 230 calories for the entire meal. I used low fat Greek yogurt, so a cup was about 100 calories. The mixed berry blend was 70 calories for a cup. A tbsp of chia seeds was 65.
